font-size: 12pt;\">According to the current legislation of Ukraine, you can return the goods of proper quality or exchange them within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Goods.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Return and exchange of goods on order are possible subject to the following conditions:<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">less than 14 (fourteen) calendar days have passed since the moment of receipt of the Goods;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">there is confirmation of payment for the goods (including delivery, if any), namely, the original payment document (certificate\/payment order\/bank statement and\/or payment terminal receipt);<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The goods being returned have not been used and do not have any traces of use (scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.), must have a commercial appearance (presence of labels, labels, factory markings, seals, etc.) and their consumer properties;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The goods are fully equipped (including instructions, warranty card, other accessories of the goods in an unchanged form) and the original factory packaging is preserved;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">the buyer has covered all costs associated with the return or exchange of the Goods of proper quality (in particular, costs associated with delivery);<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">the exchange of the Goods is possible only for goods of identical value;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">the return and exchange of the Goods is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine, with the exception of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, occupied territories and zones where hostilities are taking place;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">the seller has the right to refuse the Buyer to return quality goods, which, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Protection of Consumer Rights\u201d and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u201cOn the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Protection of Consumer Rights\u201d No. 172 dated March 19, 1992, are recognized as non-returnable.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><br \/><em><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Conditions for exchanging\/returning goods of inadequate quality Article 8. According to the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Protection of Consumer Rights\u201d:<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p><blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">&#8220;In the event of defects being discovered during the established warranty period, the consumer, in accordance with the procedure and within the terms established by law, has the right to demand free elimination of defects in the goods within a reasonable time. The consumer&#8217;s requirements provided for in this article shall not be satisfied if the seller, manufacturer (an enterprise that meets the consumer&#8217;s requirements established by part one of this article) prove that the defects in the goods arose as a result of the consumer&#8217;s violation of the rules for using the goods or storing them.
